C&P Garage is a Non-Profit organization who helps Veterans, Active Duty and Dependents with all paperwork through VA.
This was started by Carlos Fernandez over 23 years ago trying to do his own VA paperwork. He retired after 20 years as a Cav Scout and realized that there are so many benefits that Retirees, Veterans, and their dependents are authorized. Carlos had studied by reading about how to complete claims and what Veterans is authorized after they leave the Service. He started helping other Veterans, out of his garage to ensure that they get all the benefits they deserve after they have
"Serviced a Grateful Nation"
He has helped 1,000's of people, either out of his garage, through the DAV or the VFW, to understand what they are entitled. With the help of Willard McDowell, who helps Veterans in the Fort Bragg area, they continuously are doing research to make sure that Veterans know the updated information.
